• We will remove any equipment and safety fencing.
• We will leave the area tidy and ready to be re-purposed
• We will contact the local jurisdiction to have an inspection completed if necessary.

Pre-Work:

• We will discuss the scope of work with you and determine details such as whether the garage floor will be removed, or if you want us to remove the contents of the garage.
• We will schedule a start date with you.
• We will inspect your garage to see what utilities need to be disconnected.
• We will ask you to have the utilities removed from the garage prior to the demolition start date.
• We will take care of obtaining any demolition permits from the local jurisdiction.
• You will need to remove any contents from the garage that you wish to keep.

On Garage Demo Day (or just before):

• You will need to remove your car(s) from the work area.
• We will bring equipment on site and have dumpster(s) delivered.
• We will set up safety fencing.

During the Demolition Process:

• We will use equipment to tear down the garage and remove the debris.
• The site may look like a mess for a little bit!
• We will work to remove the residual debris and leave the area tidy.
• If you elected to have the concrete removed, we will remove the concrete.
• We will cut any anchoring bolts flush to the surface.

After the Garage is Demolished:

• We will have the dumpster(s) removed
• We will remove any equipment and safety fencing.
• We will leave the area tidy and ready to be re-purposed
• We will contact the local jurisdiction to have an inspection completed if necessary.
