Barn Site Work

Typically if you are going to build a pole barn or post frame building, you will need to prepare the site before construction can begin. Even if there are no trees or brush in the way, you will want to remove the grass and level out the area where the barn will go. You should also consider how water will be directed away from the building. Additionally, the builder of the barn will want to be able to work around the building, and this may require leveling around the perimeter of the building site to accommodate a man-lift.

Delta-X can help you prepare a site for your new pole barn, post frame building, or storage shed. Using laser technology, we can measure grade elevations and excavate to establish a suitable site for your building. We will consider whether a concrete floor will be added and create a site that will allow for surface water to move away from the building.
