Delta-X LLC does garage demolition in the Quad Cities area. This garage, located in Davenport, IA, had a roof that was collapsing in. The owners wanted to remove the garage, which they considered an eyesore. Within a couple days the garage was torn down, the footing was removed, and the site was re-graded. Grass seed was sewn and an erosion blanket was installed to promote moisture retention, and to help keep the dirt and seed in place.
